When printing this sheet
Remember to choose Letter paper in step 3: the 5161 is not for A4. It leaves about 4 mm at the sides and 12.7 mm at the top and bottom, with 4.76 mm between columns. On such a short label, the tool puts the text on one side and the code on the other: that way a UPC-A or EAN-13 keeps a 0.42 mm module and bars of about 17 mm, while a QR stays small (17 mm).

The width: the 5161 is 101.6 mm (20 per sheet, 2 columns) and the 5160 is 66.7 mm (30 per sheet, 3 columns). The height is the same, 25.4 mm.
Does it work for A4 paper?
No: it is for Letter paper. For A4, the Avery L7162 (99.1 × 33.9 mm) is the closest.
