Measured with this same tool and its sample template for this sheet; the result with your text and your code may vary a little. “Module” is the width of the thinnest bar; the recommended one is 0.33 mm for EAN-13 and 0.25 mm for Code 128.
When printing this sheet
It leaves 4.6 mm at the sides and 13.1 mm at the top and bottom, with 2.54 mm between the two columns, so it prints without clipping on almost any printer. This page's template is “Name / event”: the word grows by itself to fill the label, without a barcode. If you add a code, the QR reaches almost 49 mm and an EAN-13 has 42 mm bars.

Frequently asked questions
Which barcode fits on an L7165 label?
All of them with lots of room: an EAN-13 with a 0.80 mm module and 42 mm bars, a Code 128 with 0.64 mm or a QR of about 49 mm.
Does it work for event name labels?
Yes: the “Name / event” template fits the name to the label size and centers it. With 8 per sheet, a list of 40 people takes 5 sheets.
Is the L7165 the same as the J8165?
The J8165 (inkjet version) usually shares the 2 × 4 label grid. Verify the measurements on the packaging.
What if I need more labels per sheet with the same width?
The L7173 (99.1 × 57 mm) has 10 per sheet instead of 8, and the L7163 (99.1 × 38.1 mm), 14.
