Order if there is no header: name, price, code, reference, old price, copies. With a header row (name, price, code, ref…) the columns are recognized automatically. A single column = codes only.

The logo is processed right here and is not uploaded anywhere. Use a simple image: fine details are lost on small labels.
Your product lists, prices and logos are never uploaded to any server. The PDF, PNG, SVG and ZIP are created on your own device. So you don't lose your work, a copy is kept only in this browser (you can delete it with “Clear all”).
From Excel to a label sheet in 4 steps
- Prepare the columns. The order we recognize without a header is: name, price, code, reference, old price and copies. With a header, the order doesn't matter: we understand name, product, price, code, ean, upc, reference, sku, copies, quantity…
- Copy and paste. Select the cells in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice, copy them and paste them into the “Paste from Excel” panel, or straight onto the table. You can also load a CSV file.
- Check the errors. Each row shows whether the code is valid. If the check digit is wrong, it tells you what it should be and you fix it with one click (or fix them all at once).
- Download. An exact-millimetre PDF for your label sheet, or a ZIP with one PNG per label.

These three rows generate 15 labels. The codes have 11 digits: we calculate the twelfth (the check digit).
Don't let Excel ruin your codes
- Leading zeros. Excel drops the leading zeros of a number (0012345678905 becomes 12345678905). Format the code column as Text before typing or pasting the data.
- Scientific notation. A long number can show up as
8.41E+12. With Text format that doesn't happen. If it already happened, retype the codes with the column formatted as Text. - Spaces and hyphens. In numeric codes we remove them for you; in Code 128 and Code 39 they are kept.
- CSV and regional settings. Depending on your regional settings, Excel saves CSV files with semicolons and sometimes in Windows encoding. We recognize both cases, accents included.
Repeating labels: the “copies” column
If a row has 3 in “copies”, 3 identical labels are printed. You can also use “Repeat each label X times” to multiply the whole batch.
No list: automatic series
Need 1000 to 1200 for inventory? You don't have to build the list in Excel: use “Series” with a prefix, a start number and an end number. For EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8 and ITF-14 it is padded with zeros and the check digit is added.
Limits and privacy
It works with batches of up to 5,000 labels in PDF and 1,500 in the PNG ZIP. Your list is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to any server.
Frequently asked questions
Is my Excel data uploaded to any server?
No. Everything is processed in your browser: the list, prices and codes never leave your device. The PDF, PNG and ZIP are generated on your own computer.
What format does the CSV need to have?
A CSV separated by commas, semicolons or tabs works, with or without a header. The recognized columns are name, price, code, reference, old price and copies.
Why does it flag an error in the check digit?
Because the last digit of the EAN, UPC or ITF does not match the one that results from calculating the rest. The tool shows you the correct digit and you can fix it with one click, row by row or all at once.
Can I paste a thousand rows at once?
Yes. The table handles up to 5,000 rows, in pages of 50, and shows a gallery of the generated labels and the full sheet before you download.
