Measured with this same tool and its sample template for this sheet; the result with your text and your code may vary a little. “Module” is the width of the thinnest bar; the recommended one is 0.33 mm for EAN-13 and 0.25 mm for Code 128.
When printing this sheet
It leaves about 4.6 mm at the sides and 9.5 mm at the top and bottom. It is a very large label and takes a QR of over 60 mm and a Code 128 with a 0.64 mm module. Keep in mind that many carriers ask for 100 × 150 mm labels on a thermal printer: if you ship a lot, a roll of that size (the “Roll / thermal printer” option) fits better than an A4 sheet.

Which barcode fits on an L7169 label?
All of them with lots of room: an EAN-13 with bars 42 mm tall, a Code 128 with a 0.64 mm module and a QR of over 60 mm.
Does it work for shipping labels?
Yes, it is its most common use. Check with your carrier whether it accepts labels on an A4 sheet or requires a 100 × 150 mm format.
Is the L7169 the same as a 100 × 150 mm roll?
No: the L7169 is 4 labels per A4 sheet of 99.1 × 139 mm; the thermal roll is 100 × 150 mm and prints one at a time. The tool has both options.
Does it have margins?
Yes: about 4.6 mm at the sides and 9.5 mm at the top and bottom, enough to print without clipping on almost any printer.
