The L7159 has 24 labels of 63.5 × 33.9 mm in 3 columns by 8 rows. It shares its width with the L7160 (63.5 mm), but it is 4.2 mm shorter, so 24 labels fit on a sheet instead of 21. It is a good choice when you have few lines of text.

Measured with this same tool and its sample template for this sheet; the result with your text and your code may vary a little. “Module” is the width of the thinnest bar; the recommended one is 0.33 mm for EAN-13 and 0.25 mm for Code 128.
When printing this sheet
It leaves about 7.2 mm at the sides and 12.9 mm at the top and bottom, with 2.54 mm between columns. With a name, price and reference, an EAN-13 gets a comfortable module (0.51 mm) but the bars are about 11.8 mm tall, a bit below the recommended 14 mm; without text, they reach 25 mm. If you need taller bars with a name and price, try the L7160 or the L7161.

An EAN-13 with a 0.51 mm module and about 12 mm of bar height with a name and price (25 mm without text). Also a Code 128 (0.38 mm module, 18 mm tall) or a QR of about 26 mm.
What is the difference between the L7159 and the L7160?
The height: 33.9 mm versus 38.1 mm. The L7159 has 24 labels per sheet and the L7160, 21.
Is the L7159 the same as the J8159?
The J8159 (for inkjet printers) usually shares the same 3 × 8 grid, but always check the measurements on the packaging.
Does it have sheet margins?
Yes: about 7.2 mm at the sides and 12.9 mm at the top and bottom, so it prints without clipping on almost every printer.
